Amazon Voucher Promotion Terms

1. Eligibility

• 1.1 The Promotion is open to registered users of the OptoWork platform who are residents of the United Kingdom and aged 18 years or over.
• 1.2 Employees, contractors, administrators, and other personnel directly associated with OptoWork, including their immediate family members, are not eligible to win any prize in this Promotion.
• 1.3 This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

2. Promotion Overview

• 2.1 This Promotion allows existing OptoWork users ("Referrers") to invite new users ("Referees") to sign up via a unique referral link generated by the OptoWork platform.
• 2.2 Both the Referrer and the Referee will each have a chance to win two £10 Amazon.co.uk vouchers if the Referee successfully signs up to OptoWork using the Referrer's unique link.
• 2.3 The opportunity to win is based solely on a random draw at the end of the Promotion Period and is not guaranteed.

3. Promotion Period

• 3.1 The Promotion will run until 1 July 2026 at the latest, unless terminated earlier at OptoWork's sole discretion.
• 3.2 OptoWork reserves the right to end the Promotion at any time without notice or reason.

4. How to Participate

• 4.1 A Referee must complete their OptoWork registration via a Referrer's unique referral link for both parties to be entered into the draw.
• 4.2 Referral tracking is automated via the OptoWork platform. OptoWork shall not be responsible for technical errors or failed tracking caused by:
  • Browser settings
  • Use of ad-blockers or privacy tools
  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Misuse of referral links
• 4.3 There is no limit to the number of referrals a user may make. Each successful referral constitutes a separate entry into the draw.

5. Prize Draw & Winners

• 5.1 At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, eligible entries will be placed into a random draw conducted by OptoWork.
• 5.2 Winners will be selected at random using a verifiable and unbiased method.
• 5.3 Winners will be contacted via email from admin@optowork.co.uk within 14 days of the draw.
• 5.4 If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, OptoWork reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative eligible entrant.
• 5.5 Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Limitations & Disclaimers

• 6.1 This Promotion offers a chance to win only. Participation does not guarantee receipt of any voucher.
• 6.2 OptoWork accepts no liability for:
  • Lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries
  • Technical faults, network errors, or disruptions beyond OptoWork's control
  • Any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from participation in the Promotion
• 6.3 OptoWork reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Promotion at any time without liability.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

• 7.1 Any personal data collected during this Promotion will be processed in accordance with:

  • The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR)
  • OptoWork's Privacy Policy and Main Terms & Conditions
• 7.2 Data will be collected for the purposes of:
  • Administering the Promotion
  • Creating, maintaining, and managing the user's OptoWork account
  • Contacting winners
• 7.3 Referral tracking data is collected and stored securely in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Prize Delivery

• 8.1 Vouchers will be issued in electronic form to the winners' registered email addresses.
• 8.2 OptoWork shall not be responsible for any failure in delivery caused by:
  • Incorrect or outdated email addresses
  • Spam/junk mail filtering
  • Technical issues beyond OptoWork's control

9. Opt-Out
